You probably won't find that particular data set in one nice neat package from a qualified source. Since you are going aftermarket, I'll assume the cat won't be an issue and not waste anymore time on that subject. You have two primary methods of exhaust heat mitigation; insuliation, via ceramic coating or wrap, and enrichment to cool the exhaust gas. If you want to reduce exhaust heat as much as possible, I'd say do both, but comparatively you'll probably be pretty happy with just one.
Jackpot headers and high flow cooled my wife's 2012 road glide completely. She is always comfortable and we live in Arizona. Dealership did all the work and Dyno. It can be done!
the only way to get rid of that heat is to get it tuned. i had UNBELIEVABLE heat from from the right side & once i got mine dyno tuned no more heat.
loosing the cat would help too.

Getting rid of the CAT did wonders for mine, guy selling stock headpipes with CAT cut out for $145.00 on eBay (no exchange) $100.00 exchange..
You think yours is hot you should ride a CVO with the 110 motor.
I got ride of the Catalytic Converter - still HOT
I got it tuned on a dyno - still HOT
I tried V&H's True Duels still HOT
I tried Fullsac X-Pipe Headers - the heat is now under control
(They will use you stock heat shields off your stock pipes) http://www.fullsac.com/x-pipe.html
It also added 6% hp and 10% tq .......................sweeeeeeet
