It left the dealer with a backrest and luggage rack, the major item was my custom seat I just put on. I have had quite a bit but just a little here and there. I have my last few projects planned for the winter, radio install and painted inner fairing other than that I think I'm done. The 103 upgrade is on the maybe list.

I bought my bike in March and have not piled on the mods yet. I have thought about performance but I am happy with the bike's performance as-is and have only added slip-ons and some appearance goodies. Ask me again in a few years.
My 2011 Ultra Limited came pretty much the way I wanted it, but I have added a few items...
Mustang seat w/rider backrest
PCV
Big Sucker air cleaner
Wille G "skull" passenger floorboard covers and front mud flap
Kuryakyn clutch/brake levers
Kuryakyn highway pegs
HD retractible tourpak lid tether
Fastaire "Aero" tinted windshield
I do not want to know how much I have spent in upgrades / extras and I know I will never be done so your poll needs another option - Endless H-D bucks, 100 dollar here 100 dollar there etc. etc.
Just glad I don't pay labor like most people, than it would be 500 dollar here there etc.
