Nice to hear that you got your check for the mufflers, since I haven't gotten an email from them hope I will get paid too, like you said not much else to do with stock mufflers, just didn't want to be out the $22.00 it cost to ship them!
I'll keep you all updated, sold my Ultra, mufflers were the last parts left!!
Sent mine off cashed my check a couple weeks ago, no problems. They handle all the stock muffler trade ins that American Custom used to do. According to the American Custom guy I talked with on the phone they are located right next door. But to be clear, I had zero problems.
Update, Sent in set of NEW MUFFLERS taken off at dealers 2 months ago,
UPS delivered to them 5/7/ 2014, as of today, 7/7/2014, I haven't heard a word from them !!
I got both the gutted header and the slip-ons from these guys back in 2012. I had them installed on my bike when we went to Delmarva. I thought I got a great deal, less than $400 installed for both. No problems except they told me I wouldn't need a fuel manager.
After you subtract shipping you're probably better off just putting them on Craigslist for $25, or hang on to them until you sell the bike. Just put the aftermarket slip-ons on your next bike.
If you read my 1st post about this I said I'd sold my bike and the stock mufflers where last of remaining parts, anyway it's been 9 weeks since they received them, and still haven't gotten a check, have the UPS tracking and name of person who signed for them back on 5/7/2014, 4 weeks ago I sent them a e-mail about this since their web page says only e-mail correspondence. Thought for sure I'd get a mail telling me something wrong with my new taken off at dealer mufflers but haven't heard anything.
Well, it's now 12 weeks and I still haven't heard a word from
StockPipes Suck.com about payment my new taken off at dealers mufflers that were delivered to them back on 5/7/2014!Website says to allow one month for payment.
