Where are you riding from? I just got home from Hayward On Tuesday night after spending a long weekend up there. The leaves are really nice there right now!
We're starting out from Osceola, Wi and taking the scenic route to Hayward. Not sure of the exact route but our group tends to favor the Rustic Highways of WI. It was a great ride last year but unfortunately we went a week later and the wind had knocked down most of the leaves. It should be much better this year. They were just starting to change in the Chippewa Falls area last weekend.
Took Co Rd F north out of Weyerhaeuser up to Hayward and then up to the UP on Monday.Porcupine Mountains to Bayfield and Duluth Tuesday. Beautiful country.

We're riding up to Savanna Portage State Park on Sunday. DNR reports the colors have peaked. The colors up there were fantastic two years ago. We are also heading up 63 in Wisconsin to Ashland on Saturday.
Lake Minnetonka has the start of some great colors also.
