I can see the gears looking into the fill hole.
This is a 2012 Street Glide 103 6 speed.
I think the tubing is underneath the gear cluster in the bottom of the trans case, or in the oil pan if the opening into the oil pan is big enough to let the tubing go into the oil pan.

Look at the second photo in this article and you will see the threaded fill hole in the bottom right of the pic.
As you can see the fill hole leads directly to the gears and I think this tubing I dropped into the fill hole is under tha gears as seen in this pic.

Personally, I would try to get it out myself vs calling the dealer, take the covers off and see what you can, also look around if you need to for one of those mechanics flexible small cameras then if you need to resell it or something

I would definitely check the drain pan that you used for the tubing. I recently bought a small USB camera with LED lighting and a 5 meter cable attached to it. You can use something like that hooked up to a laptop to search for it. Works like a charm in small spaces.

can i ask why , when you payed so much for a bike would you service it yourself ?
I'm by no means a rich man , but i would always get the dealers to do my warranty and service work for me , not every little nut n bolt kind of thing , but the things that look good to have there stamp in the service book for ,
i had a 5k service on my Fat Bob yesterday , upgraded to SE fully synthetic oil , and had an early brake fluid change (its due in a 6 months anyway ) , the bike feels really nice n tight ,
everything seems to be adjusted correctly and i would say they have done a very good job ,
i really noticed the difference in the bikes engine sound and smoothness when riding the 40 miles or so home , it was in there a couple of hours and cost me Ł225 all in , so around $340 , i don't think thats shockingly expensive , and at the end of the day everyone needs to eat , even the dealers .

Thanks
If it did you would have gear lube in your motor oil......... Two sealed systems, so I wouldn't waste time with the oil pan. I think some serious fishing with wire hooks & mechanics fingers is your best option.
