Those gaskets are good for at least 3 on & offs as long as it's not damaged.
I am looking to replace the stock tensioner and everything I read about the Hayden is good. My only concern is I have about 50k on the primary chain and have read some folks who have installed the hayden can't shim all of the chain slack out because the chain has stretched beyond what the Hayden will take up and they get chain slap on the top of the primary case. I guess I could replace the primary chain while I am in there but never priced one.
Thanks for the write-up on the tensioner, it was helpful.

I have 50,000 miles on my bike and just installed a m-6. I didn't have to use any of the shims. Put 500 miles on it and checked the measurement and all is good.....
I hope the updates keep coming. Having just replaced my IPB 3,000 miles ago, I would really like to know if the Hayden M6 will keep my IPB from going out again. Would rather spend $150 now then $600 later.

what year is your bike?...what mileage did it go out at?
How common is the failure rate on the IPB just out of curiosity?
depends , from what i have been researching, if you have a 09-10 twin cam..you will be replacing it anywhere between 15-35 thousand...
I have an 09 SG. IPB went out at 34000 miles. I like the idea of Hayden m6 because I plan to keep my bike for many miles yet. If bearing will fail either way, why invest in the Hayden? Just trying to figure it all out.
