I went for my first ride on my new bike this morning. It wasonly 18 degrees so it was a short ride. The odometer now reads 000027. There's nothing like a brand new bike and I think I'm gonna like this one alot.
I decided to try to stay warranty friendlly for the first two years, so the only performance modification it has right now is the SE air cleaner, factory download and street legal SE slipons. I like the sound of the SEII's on my old04 FLHT alot more, but for street legal pipes these new screaming eagles sound pretty good. Anyone else like them?
When I bought my Road King, I went the same route you did -- Stage I Kit, SE Slip-ons, and SE Air Cleaner. Holding off for more until the warranty runs out.
