I have non-vented lowers so had to go with Fairing Factory boxes. The CVO
ones are a better deal and quality for the vented lowers.

The sound all mixes together down the road but with both the uppers and lowers I don't have to turn the volume so high and the sound is fuller. Yes there is a big difference between 5.25" and 6.5' speakers. Just replacing the smaller fairing speakers with 6.5" ones make a big difference.
I agree that te sounds fuller, surrounds you more instead of coming at you with just upper fairing speakers. I also noticed that I didn't have to turn it up as loud to hear the music.
