Tee Bagger thanks for the back up. I think you hit a nerve with that guy. You know, the guy with the big sig pick so everyone can see that he over paid for a rear wheel that you can hardly see. If that's not enough he needs to tell everyone about it. But at least it matches right? My money tree didn't produce much this year with the drought so guess I'll have to wait to do something with the rear.

no nerve hit here bud. Just don't know why you would put a front wheel on and leave the rear stock. Would look better with both stock rather than mis matched. If you are hurting for money so bad that you couldn't afford the rear one too maybe you shouldnt have bought the front one either. It is discretionary income that we spend on our bikes right? That being said, the picture of the front end of your bike looks good!

No biggie. I'm just jacking around. It's not a money thing. It's a combo of trying to decide if I want to do a fender and bags when I do paint this winter and see if it's covered or not. I'm not a great decision maker. O, and convincing the wife I need a rear wheel hasn't been easy either.

Ahhhh, "convincing the wife" is where you are going wrong. I am a great believer in "easier gain forgiveness than be granted permission" lol I can always seem to convince the wife that the bike looks the same as it did before anyway! I think she just chooses to not pick that fight

I've never had good luck with that. I think she will come around though. Just to be clear I do run things around my house, exactly how she tells me to.
