I think it's a special option only some high volume dealers are able to get however I'm sure a forum member knows someone who knows someone and can likely help you out.
Mine didn't come with that option however out here the aftermarket makes dead skunk which I've had the pleasure of having to peel off my pipes,after it cooked for a while.
That diagram is wrong. The one marked primary is NOT the primary drain, & is NEVER to be touched--it is the crankcase drain, for factory use only, & is a TAPERED fitting, and very easy to **** up if you remove it.
