Should have a D & D Fatcat here this week. Removing the bars around the bags while I'm at it.
Can't wait and I think the 2 into 1 looks cool on a bagger.
But how much MORE would you be making with a FatCat, Road Rage, SuperTrapp, etc? For a guy who changes things as often as you seem to, I am surprised you haven't put one on just to see the difference.
I wondered about that myself since a 2-1 is a no-brainer for anyone who is really interested in performance as opposed to "looks first & who cares how it runs........"
He man its yours and your money, to each his own. You ride what you want. If everyone liked the same thing the world would be a BORING place!
RIDE SAFE DOG
I have the V&H Pro Pipe on my 07 Ultra. I love theit looks. I don't like the back cylindery-pipe mess of the stock pipes. They're a bit louder than stock but not as bad as many others.
Let's be logical, rather than emotional for a minute. Let's say a Fat Boy or Wide Glide rider adds a 2:1 for the added torque and horsepower they deliver. Looks great, eh? If they then add a pair of saddlebags, does the bike suddenly become ugly, out of balance? It's not the Touring bike riders' fault that their bikes already come with bags. So adding a 2:1 pipe doesn't necessarily make it instantly ugly.
