I second the fuelmoto suggestion. They're a very well respected sponsor/vendor on here, and he has many different options as far as "packages" go, including Rinehart exhaust. Give him a call, tell him what you're looking for, and he can give you a few different suggestions that will get you where you want to be.

I would like to "advise" you that the correct word which you should have used in each of your postings above is "advice." You are welcome.

I have the V&H Dresser Duals headpipes with the 4" Rineharts... The chisel cut SE intake that is new for this year. Sounds great.. runs strong. You however will not be in the 1500 dollar range. It will cost you a bit more because u will have to have it tuned. I have the SE Race Tuner on mine and dyno'd

I went with Fuel Moto for my Stage One including their head pipe on my '11 SG 103". I can tell you that it made an amazing differance in performance and the sound is great. I used the 4" Jackpot mufflers, PC5, and their A/C along with the header. The preinstalled MAP in the PC5 is right on and the price is slightly under your budget amount. Ride safe.

That's the exact same setup my buddy has on his 103 street glide and he says the same thing. I just went with Fuel Moto ceramic header, jackpot and PV on my 110 2013 CVO Ultra and couldn't be happier. You can't go wrong with FuelMoto's products or support.
