Just bought bike, had 7200 mi on it! Bike came with exhaust with numbers 65254-00 on it but previous owner removed baffles so they are very very loud. A friend gave me a set that came off of his road glide with part number 65539-95A and they are very quiet. I have a couple of concerns/questions:
1. By removing the baffles did the previous owner risk damaging the engine (it only had 7200 mi on it when I bought it)?
2. Is it ok to run the set from the newer road glide (the 65539-95A set)?
3. Should there be any adjustments or changes to the engine for the exhaust system?
4. Can I get baffles and install them back into the old set?
