Hello, I posted this in the audio section and got some good info from UltranutZ but wanted to see if anyone else was running or heard this system? I am drawn to this setup because it is a complete kit and as mentioned below I am a audio novice.

I looked at that as well but decided to piece it out myself and saved a pretty good chunk of change. Went with different speakers in the fairing and no plans just yet to replace the rear speakers as I understand you don't get the bang for the buck on the rears.
i would recommend the rock for 2 channel 2 ohm amp, with your choice of 2 ohm speakers, unless u plan on running 4 speaker.it will sound good and save a lot of dough.the wiring isn't very difficult all u need are power and ground (kit at best buy)and some speaker wire with some crimps.
the rockford 4 channel amp can be had cheaper,u won't get wiring or a mounting bracket, for the bracket many use velcro and put it ontop the radio,if u don't feel confident or know someone to help with wiring the kit may be the way to go,u will still have to wire but it comes with instructions and the wires.hardest part for me was pulling the tank to run power from battery.
Be aware that those speakers are not marine grade. They also have a low sensitivity rating.
You can piece it out cheaper than the package they sell, but you will not get the wire harness and amp bracket. The wiring is that that difficult, just order a Fosgate 10 gauge amp install kit.
Is there another package out their you would recommend? I want to do this right the first time. My max would be around 750.00. The RF speakers not being marine grade would not do well being exposed to water?
The info above sounds pretty definitively against your package deal, might do more research. If I wasn't deaf as a stump I'd probably be doing this too, but as it is, I can't hear myself thinking.

I went with the house party system for the road glide with all punch speakers, and repleced the tour pack speakers as well (punch as well) I added the HOG TUNES tweeter pod so it is a ten speaker system. I had it custom installed on my Ultra -Lmited, face melting!!! Love it, the custom work done for the install was a little pricey but worth it for me!!!
