I have an issue where the turn signals on a recently purchased 96 FLHT Standard do not blink, they just stay on until I cancel them. Both left and right do this. The four way lights blink like they should. I checked the voltage in and out from the turn signal module and the voltage coming out is a constant 12V, not alternating. I figured the TSM was bad so I won one on Ebay which arrived today and when I install it, I get the same thing. Left or right just stays on but the four ways blink like normal. I'm afraid to admit it but I must have bought a bad module unless anyone has any other ideas. All bulbs are good.
I'm getting ready to ship the new module back for a refund, it wasn't cheap...LOL
Anyone else had this issue?
Thanks
