need to take off the outer fairing on my 07 street glide for some air brushing, anyone know how this is done? What to do it right without taking stuff off I dont have to

Remove shield, 4 inner fairing screws, unplug headlight...5 minutes!

Like BH said using a 27 Torx. Put socks over the passing lamps to protect fairing paint suggested but not required. Cover fender to prevent nicks, etc. if tool dropped, etc.

Pretty simple to do. Two of the inside faring screws are kind of hidden you have to turn your bars left and right to get to them.
