Default TSSM Module Error

I went to the Harley Dealer today to purchase and have programmed 2 new Key Fobs for my recently purchased 2002 Road King Classic. The technician doing the worked informed me that there was an error code showing a removed alarm siren (there is no siren and the tech could not find one or evidence there had ever been one installed) or loose / shorted wire in the TSSM system. He also mentioned that when turning the ignition switch to "Run" the turn signals flash several times which was a further indication of the problem.

He successfully programmed the Fobs and changed the PIN and said I could schedule an appointment to bring the bike back for further diagnostics.

Has anyone experienced this error before and if so how was it fixed?
