Default 2012 FLHX S/E Stage 4 103 kit

I have a 2012 FLHX and am planning on putting a S/E Stage 4 kit (p/n 92500011) in it over the winter along with the S/E Hi-Flo injectors and S/E cam bearings. The bike currently has a D&D Fat Cat exhaust, Big Sucker a/c and a Power Vision tuner. Is the factory oil pump on the 2012 103 sufficient or should I add the S/E Billet cam plate and hi-volume oil pump to the build?

You might want to introduce yourself first on the newbie forum and then start to ask questions about what will and what won't work.

Strange, I always read a person's post with interest and ponder what the responses might be if I don't have anything to add. Some people, on the other hand, put the screws to someone just because they are new to the forum and don't have a lot of posts. I applaud the OP for jumping in feet first. Good Luck!

Personally I believe the S/E Billet cam plate and hi-volume oil pump are available to compensate for crank runout problems, unneeded in a street motor with a good crank. Before doing any motor work, check runout. If doing 100+ hp, weld the crank.
