Can any one tell me way my front brake rotors are warped at 25,000 miles?
The front end pulsates when I brake.

Breaking habits would be my guess, but like everyone else here that does not ride with you, I don't know for sure.

It happens on all vehicles. Time for new rotors

Some warp worse than others. If you will use the rear and front brakes at the same time, all the time, it will not be as noticeable. Doesn't mean they are fixed, just lessens the load on the front so it is not as apparent. Mine are not true either, but I don't lose any sleep over it.

Have you been riding in wet weather? Warping can occur when hot rotors get cooled by wet/water (rapid change)...

Mine are completely warped. They're PM rotors that match the Heathen wheels on my 2010 SG. I bought the bike with just over 2500 on the ODO. They started warping at around 4. I'm a fairly gentle, even braker. I spoke with PM and they want me to send them the rotors.

So, yes, it can happen to anyone apparently.

my Coastal Moto rotor warped a tiny bit, so they sent me a new one no questions asked.

my PM caliper locked up after sitting for 3 weeks while i was out of town. locked up at 85 mph, lit the rotor on fire (yes, on fire, it was awesome to see while on the highway at night). so needless to say, that rotor was so warped that i was able to bend it back mostly straight on the side of the road.

they stock rotors? if you have any warranty, get hd to cover it. if not, buy some floaters.
