9" LED Flexible thread lights on 2012 Street Glide

I'm looking at installing these 9" LED's on my 2012 Street Glide on the gap filler between the bags and the fender,running them vertically. I would like to tie them into the brake and running lights. What's the best way to accomplish this? Any ideas greatly appreciated...

I don't think you can because you need different brightness for the running lights than the turn/brake lights.

i ve seen them used on cars as brake lights never parking lights

You can use them so they just light up when you hit the brakes. You have two options, you can splice the brake wire and run them off that or you can go to local hd shop and buy an accessiory plug (cost like $10) and there is a wire that is for the brakes.

I did this but installed them under my tour pak. I tied them into the brake light. It was really easy and gives off a great amount of extra brake lighting. Since i have a detachable tour pak I purchased a deutsch connector to disconnect them.
