I do have champion spark plugs not hd golds. Maybe it's causing an issue. Can't be to major as soon as I pull the power commander check light gone. And worked with doebeck. power commanders don't use O2 sensors unless you are using the autotuner which is an option for power commander 5 (PC-V). PC3 requires disconnection of O2 sensors.
99 road king stage 1 took my doebeck off to use power commandr 3
al went wel bike fired up check engine light stays on. take the power commander off all is fine. back on i get check engine. codes it throughs with comander is 24,25. am i having a simple issue here somone could help me with. its been upgradedto newest firm where and powers up. its communicating with pc no problem. bike seems to run fine but the check engine light. would appreciate a hand
I just had the same problem. Disconnected the o2 sensors. Now the system is trying to find them. Rode it 80 miles home and the light went out about 10 miles from my house? Dealer said I may need to get o2 sensor eliminators? I will see.

My powercommander V that I installed on my 2012 HD 1200C had bypass plugs for my O2 sensors. I went by the instruction sheets and had no problems.
