Came out of the hospital yeterday to find my tail light shattered and a note under my kickstand, "sorry I hit your bike, I didn't see it". Anyway, I had a lay down tail lens that has no "wondow" to shine light on the license plate, not necessary because the Street Glide has dedicated lights for the tag. I cant remember where I got the lens and none of the ones I've found online say if they have a "tag window" in the description. I know somebody makes one because I now have a shattered one, just dont remember the make or part number. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
I have a Kuryakyn LED tinted tail light on my SG. I am normally not a fan of any of their stuff but it was around a 100 bucks and is very bright. It does not have a window on it. There are quite a few lay down tail lights that just use a LED bulb but I found they are not very bright. Look on ebay thats where I bought my original one that I dont use anymore.
Yep, called them today because the picture doesn't match the description. They suggested I just order it and send it back if it isn't right. Not really cool with that kind of answer, so I won't be buying from them. Sorgys on ebay got one that looks exactly like the one I had, got to call them tomorrow. I thought mine was a Drag Specailties but I cant find it on their website.
