I am putting 10 inch Yaffe MBB's apes on my 2012 Ultra with ABS. I need to know what HD part number for the brake line, I will need to complete the job. Some say I don't need to change it, some say plus 4 over stock, and some say 6 over stock. I want it to be right, not TIGHT.

If anyone has done this and could share the info, it would be very much appreciated. My dealership can't tell me.......

I installed Wild1s 12" outlawz on my bike with the stock cables. No problems whatsoever...

I think with 6" longer cables they are going to be flopping around...

 

I did 14" PYO Bars and was perfect with a +8. I would guess with bars 4" shorter, you'd be looking at cables 4" shorter.

If you're trying to save money, you really only need the upper for ABS. The lower line from the ABS modulator to the calipers will be unaffected.

 

By any chance do you have the part number upper ABS line in BLACK. My dealership is less then helpful. Thanks in advance
