No Response to that e-mail. Finally I called on 1.08.13 and was told that they checked the mufflers on 11.28 and determined that they could not use them. It would have been nice to be notified of their decision. The mufflers were excellent with 1000 miles on them. I wasted my time and money with these jokers.
Man im sorry to here this!! Could you give us a little more info on what happened? Why did they say they couldnt use them?Did your pipes not meet their requirements posted on the site?

"Can't use them" sounds suspicious. Did they offer to return them to you? If not what's the odds they put them in stock to turn around to someone else?

Think their policy is very straighforward. If the take off mufflers are in like new condition, they can do their process on them, and sell them back to the next customer. If they arrive scrached, dented or damaged, then the next customer would not accept them. Only like new parts are acceptable for purchase.

You can always send yours in to have the baffles modified, and the same mufflers will be sent back to you, with the same scratches they arrived with..

I shipped mine to them and after a cpl weeks they emailed me saying they arrived damaged and sent me pics of them all scratched and dented thanks to the post office. I was out $21 bucks shipping and lost the pipes they were brand new takeoffs off my 09 FLHX but to me it was pointless to pay the money to have them shipped back to me. Bad experience for me. When they asked if I wanted them shipped back I told the to literally shove them up the mailman's *** :P Never heard back from them don't know if he's walking funny or not?
