Apes first, go for comfort then do the cams later.

 

I changed my FLHX bars to the Klock Works Ergo Ups. They didn't require cable or wire extensions and positioned my hands higher and straightened my wrists. I did them myself with the help of the wife holding the fairing for ~10 minutes. [I had to give her the occasional break...] You will have to get new mirrors though. The fairing mount mirrors had my chubby paws filling the entire field of view.

The Cams will liven up that 103" though. I say do the cams, I think you're stuck with SE255 which is fine, just that is the only warranty safe one. Then buy some bars like the ergos that don't require a change in wiring or cables. If you want the taller ones, sorry I'm not much help.

Regardless the one you don't choose is there to be done in 3-4 months when you save up. [hide from the wife money...]

Go for the cams because HP is like $ex.....ya can never have too much of either
