Different bar manufacture measure there bars different. My bars are from HCC and they say they are 14", but they measure 16" from bend to bend. Others do the same, and some are correct in how they measure.
Everything I have read say the MBB's run taller then what they are listed as. I will say the pictures make them look much taller then they are!! I was thinking of getting 12's and was talked into 14's by a member on here and he was right on the money. The fit for me is awesome!!
So y'all are saying if I want monkey bars and want a 12" bar then I should actually get the 10"?
I choose my 10" for the look. I love the it just arrive at the top of fairing. For the choice, it depends on :
1/ the look you want
2/ how tall you are, can discuss arms, torso and so on
3/ the seat you use
4/ the way you mount, near the inner fairing or not
5/ etc etc
Last thing is that a 10" let me keep my stock clutch cable and brake line
