Actually it really doesnt bother me. Except when I focus right in on it. When you are just standing there looking at the side of the bike it isnt that noticeable

I had problems lining up the stock shields on the front pipe. The fix was to take the long shield and get another long shield, have both cut with a cutoff saw (the curved edge) and butt them together. All is good now. Thanks to KDietz....for the extra shield

I cut back the heat sheild on the rear jug so it's tough to see from the RHS of the bike. The reuse of the heatshield is the only (very minor) compalint I had with the kit. This damn snow just needs to go away so I can ride it!

Just a FYI...Steve at Fullsac.com has put in a batch of black coated pipes I know that there were several of you interested in something other than the drab silver finish. I ordered a set myself and I will post pics on here as soon as I get it installed.
