Go with the wheels. Those really look good on the EG.

God Bless and ride safe,

The wheels seperate the boys from them men when it comes to the looks of a bike. pretty sure the wheels will cost more than the tour pack so get them while you can afford them. get the tour pack later.(maybe you can find a good deal on ebay or else where)the wheels will help get the hooker too look at you maybe eventhrow you a feebie. My vote goes for wheels

You will enjoy the wheels every time you get on your scoot; not so for the tour pak (occasional use only), hooker (one night?); if your wife is like my ex, very little roi for gifts.

For only occasional use, a new HD or even an undamaged one will cost you north of $600 by the time you buy the docking kit and hardware and backrest. I found the aftermarket vendor, customcyclegear.com's tp an excellent value at $110. It's made of ABS plastic as are the HD tour packs for the past couple of years, includes a backrest, and holds nearly as much as the HD King TP (I have one that I use when travelling two-up; use the customcyclegear tp for solo trips) and more than the HD chopped TP. The customcyclegear packs are available in about 5 HD colors; if you can't match you bike's color, black is always good. Must my .02.

Just how much cash are we talking about. Might be able to get the wheels and a nice t bag and then later get the tour pack and still have the t bag. If just one or the other.......the tour pack, wifes can pack a lot of crap.

I voted for the tour pack, but it doesn't matter what I buy I tell the ol lady that it is for her. A couple years ago I came home with a F-350 Powerstrokedually.50K worth of pulling power. She looked at me like I was out of my mind and I told her "How do you like your new truck"? 2 months later a 30K 5th wheel. "How do you like your new 5th wheel"?

I don't think I'll ever stop buying her things.

It's about $1200 or so from what my boss said in the vm he left me (I have the potential to get about $4/quarter, since I'm still new I haven't quite gotten there yet...doubled from last quarter though!) So if I went with HD straight from the dealer the parts will be about $1k or so (unless I can get them for the 15% less from Hales or something). I figure if I went with a set of Hog Pro's I'd be looking in the $2k range after getting tires and such. I found a set of 18" on Ebay from American Classic Motors for $400 each, they are tubeless, chrome spokes with black powdercoated rims (I happen to like the contrast). Hence, this is why I figured one or the other.

The wheels and a T-bag (I was debating the Kuryaken Tombstone bag, as it fits on the passenger seat) are a good option as well.

I voted to get a tour pak, no other reason then that it will make the mrs. happy. A place to put all her makeup....

tour pac for sure.

Geeze, a bonus that would buy one of those. The last bonus I got was a coffee cup with the company logo and a memory stick.

Depends on what you want to do:

Long ride -- tour pak
Cool ride -- Wheels
1 time, 1 hour ride -- Hooker
A kick in the jimmy from every male in this forum -- give it to your wife

I pick the tour pak, just because I've needed one plenty of times, and the wheels don't look right unless you change everything in front including the fender IMHO. That turns into a lot of dollahs.

If my math is right, you need to post a picture of this high $ hooker. This is needed to make an educated decision!!!
