I read in the paper this morning that the Motor Company is on strike .. how long do you think it will last and how will it effect the price of used bikes.

Yep .. you right, I've been off line awhile and had so many unread entries .. I missed BH's post on the strike. Just found it at https://www.hdforums.com/fb.asp?m=1234612 .. sorry about the old info.

I hope it lasts long enough to wake those harley folks up. They all need to step back and take a look at whats going on...everyone from the top CEO to the floor sweeper. I think the best thing for that company would be a good long strike that gets into everyones pocketbook...including the stockholders. Even the dealers need to get a piece of the hurting so some attitudes would change. What goes around...comes back around.

 

Shouldn't affect the value unless it gets drawn out for a while. I think most of the dealers have a big supply as the MoCo has anticipated this strike for a while.
