What kind of wrap fender is that? And since you didn't cut or rake for your 23", what fork oil did you use?

Fat Katz steel fender. Screaming Eagle fork oil. Don't know the weight. I'll have to look!

Maybe, but i seriously doubt it. I think a few degrees won't make a bit of difference.
