I rode in 27 and that I decided was my cutoff. I rode with the battery powered gloves after that and they worked well. My main reason is when it starts getting that cold here the road will ice up any and everywhere. After one of my buddy's went down the next day I decided 32 and above, for safety reasons more than anything.

I'll ride down into the 20s once in awhile. But here in central Wisconsin it's over! We have 16" of snow on the ground, the roads are covered with salt and this morning it was only 1 degree outside!

On a positive note, the snowmobile trails opened up today!!

Coming home from the shop last night it was 27*. Gerbing jacket liner makes all the difference.

Use to be my cut-off was around 32*, now with the heated jacket liner, as long as the roads are not icy I am good.

Do not mind riding in the cold, Snow and salt make me end my riding. Hopefully we get a early spring again.

At least you can ride. My street is a solid inch of ice. Enjoy what you have.

Here in Ohio I usually can ride up till the middle of December, and now that snow has come and salt on the roads , my riding is done till late March.
