Default Adding adjustable backrest to my limited- Question

I would like to add the adjustable back rest to my Limited. I am thinking it would be PN 52596-09A-
Sometimes I ride with my TP removed with a SG seat installed- would this still work, are the slots in the seats in the same area?
Also does it come with this pillow style backrest for $219? or can I buy a different one?

Yes it will work with the SG seat. 1 piece 2 up seats have the slot in the same area.

I would look at the Mustang back rest. It adjusts with a thumb wheel fore and aft and also vertical.

The $219 is just for the adjustable backrest bracket you then choose the backrest style you want at an additional cost.
