This might be a dumb question, but will parking my bike in the wheel chock for the winter flat spot the front tire?I have the Harley model which is a Condor I believe. It has the V shaped part on the bottom that the tire sits on.

Can't say 100 percent but I think as long as it's not on concrete you should be good.

No worries. Modern tires will not flat spot just sitting for a few months. I've been storing my bikes during the winter months for years and never a problem. I just put them on a battery tender and that's it.

No problem with tire flat spots if only during the winter storage period. You could go out every couple weeks and simply roll the bike 6" forward or backwards if you have a concern.

Most moden tires will flat spot if left sitting with weight on them in the same spot for a period of time. But, they will quickly round back out after they warm up riding. If that bothers you, just move the bike a few inches now and then. Also be sure to keep them inflated to the max pressure on the sidewalls, that will also help.

Is there a problem with leaving your bike in wheel chocks or wheeldock without the kickstand or tie-downs? I'm talking in a garage here. Some folks were warning me against it. They say the problem is that they don't want to put the pressure on the forks with the bike leaning in the chock.
Does this sound right?

Default No Problem with Condor

I have 2 Condor chocks with bikes in them all winter for about 5 years now and have never noticed a problem. Great products.

i just bought a wheel chock from harbor freight yesterday and i don't see how it would ever come out on it's own,it takes quite a bit of muscle to get it out. now towing it's a different story.

OK, I know about not putting a battery on concrete but what will it do to a tire? This is the first I hear of this.
