So, after two cycle guys, cancelled my order (after I already paid), they relisted the pipes for $70 more. Rather than do business with them, I went and ordered them on amazon for $60 more than even two cycle guys had it listed at.
I tell you, spending $60 more for a product, never felt so good ... just so long as two cycle guys isn't getting any of my money. I'd rather spend twice as much and not give them a penny.

Hmmm from what I'm gathering...you don't like Two Cycle Guys. Is that correct???
I ordered my Mustang seat from them too, price was right and I picked up at their shop in Canton (no shipping charges). I wouldn't hesitate to order something from them again ...

Same here. I would use them again. It sucks, sure, but mistakes happen. As cheap as their prices are, I'd bet that their profit on the pipes is only $70.
All I can do is share my experience. I had never ordered from them before and found this forum before I ordered. After reading your posts, I thought, hey, sounds legit (thanks guys, it's all your fault <teasing>).
I don't think that is very good way to treat customers ... list prices on your website that appear to be reasonable, and then after folks pay for an item, renege on the deal, while telling customers too bad if they don’t like it.

You don't know what their prices are cause they take the position that they can change them anytime, even after you buy an item.
We all make mistakes. Small business can't afford to take that kind of loss. It also matters what your attitude is when you contact them. Much better to ask why your order was cancelled and then ask if they can cut you a better deal because of the snafu. Most people are reasonable if you are. Then some are just a.......

They made an offer that wasn't in clear error ... I accepted ... I paid. It's called a binding contract. What they did is called a breach of contract. It would be one thing if it were clear error.
Would you recommend going to a regular store, if after paying for an item, they gave you your money back and would not let you have the item you paid for? I am not. I also filed a complaint with the BBB.
I can only hope that others, like me, before they do business with them, take the time to read about other's experiences with them. Maybe next time they will think twice before treating their customers like garbage.

Hmmm....only 6 posts and all of them are to bitch about someone who made a mistake. Then to make yourself feel better you spend $130.00 more from another vendor. You are a very special kind of stupid for sure...but as long as you're happy, cuz that's all we care about on HDF....your happiness.
