They will continue to get my hard earned money. Ordering an A/C and tuner in the next couple of weeks. Guess where it's coming from? Fuel Moto...no surprise.

Ditto on this. I recently had a problem with a fuel injector and the part was back ordered at my dealer. Jamie offered to send me one to get me back on the road. Dealer came through so I didn't need the part from Jamie, but, the offer was over and above IMHO.
My 2014 FLHXS is going to need exhaust upgrades soon....guess where my money is going!
....... have you considered that if you've been "out of work for some time now", maybe buying a tuner for your bike shouldn't be a priority at any price...........
Just placed an order with them based on this thread. As you can tell I am new to the forum but wanted to credit those who have posted the positive information about customer service after the sale as the reason why I just made a fairly decent size purchase from them. Thank you,
Boy I'll add my voice in support of Fuel Moto as well! I am willing to pay to support that business. They need to pay their bills as well and boy they are a valued source of help and information. I sure want them around for a long time to lean on when I need to ask questions!
After thoughts and reading this forum , and talking to Fuel Motto 5 mins. ago, I ordered the Power Vision for the new ride coming tomorrow, 2014 FLHXS Black Cayenne Sunglo,, and the fun begins again !!
Hey by the part at the cheapest absolute low ball place. Good for you now deal with it.
I have purchased from F-M and maybe paid a few bucks more, but treated with the utmost class and superior customer satisfaction EVER!! Remember F-M has costs, 1st class employees, and knowledge, that is WHY I will pay them more. They have to eat too
Its not that big of deal I think other forum members are just pointing that the level of service and the price go hand in hand.
