Having my dealer do some up grades for me. I am having stage 1 and Cams done on my 2013 Limited. I have the following items.
1) Rinehart extreme true duels.
2) Roland sands AC
3) Fueling 525 cams.
The dealer will supply all other parts necessary including new lifters. I am also buying the TTS mastertune and having the bike dynoed.
The total cost will be 1800.00 this includes free pick up of my bike and delivery back to my house when done also a free detail.
if you have all the parts and are buying the tuner and lifters from harley it sounds over priced, the exhaust and air cleaner have to come off to do the cams, how many hours labor did the quote you.
Seems like they are charging you twice for the exhaust install, sense they have to romove & install it for the cams. Find a good indy, mine does a cam install for about $200.00 labor.
Yes I have already purchased the exhaust, AC and cams. The shop will be doing all the other parts (gaskets clamps etc.)
Quoted 3.5 hrs for installing exhaust and AC and 4.33 hrs for the cam install. This is at 85.00/hr.
So what parts is the shop buying and what are you buying? Because that's only $655 for labor if my math is right. What's the additional $1,145 for ?????????????????????????????????????????????????? ???????????????????
