I did them myself, its not as bad as everyone says, just follow the instructions and keep them lubed up. I used some white grease, worked like a charm!

I purchased my 12's from Hill Country Customs. They were completely wired will all chrome accessories and the proper length stainless cables already installed. This made my first time install plug and play. 4.5 hrs start to finish.

Just my method for hassle free install

Not to terrible to do yourself, lube them up and take your time. I used baby powder, mostly for the less mess approach, but take your time and you shouldn't have any problems. Good luck!
