Found a guy on Craigslist that was unloading some parts he had bought but never used. We set up a time to meet and this is what I got for $160 bucks. I priced everything off of JPcycles web site just for a reference.
Mustang smooth driver backrest kit. $239.99
Mustang smooth studded backrest pad. 139.99
Sissy bar $89.99
Mustang smooth sissy bar pad with black studds. $119.99
Harley davidson 53743-97 detachable two up luggage rack. $210.00

He was actually just a good ole guy with more money than since. He said he had bought a bunch of stuff and was never happy with any of it so, he sold the bike. It's definately one of the best deals i've ever encountered. Now, If I could just score a deal on the docking hardware, i'd been in good shape.
..hey you guys...keep an eye out for the following items, stolen off my bike last week:
Mustang smooth driver backrest kit.
Mustang smooth studded backrest pad.
Sissy bar
Mustang smooth sissy bar pad with black studs.
Harley davidson 53743-97 detachable two up luggage rack...
there is a $160.00 reward...
LOL....I was thinking of making the same comment/joke? Some of us are so cynical!
....oh...this reminds me of my own little score, just today.. 60inch wide, "Garage-Toys" rolling tool cabinet for my man-town... $500!! retails for over $2200.00. My best friend been storing his friends stuff at $200 a month at a storage place, the guy lost his house and moved to FL. He told my buddy to start selling the stuff to help him with the storage bills. He said get whatever you can, so I grabbed it. He has another matching one, and a 66 Dodge Coronet with a big block 318 in there too,...hmm...might go shopping again soon..
