Welcome and congratulations on the new ride. If you haven't already, stop in and introduce yourself in the Florida Crew section. There a lot of good people over there and there is always some sort of ride going on. Also, where in Florida are you?

Roadking I see you live in Florida but your avatar shows nothing but mountains. I don't recall seeing mountains in Florida???

Hey Slick, Welcome to the club. I still have my VTX, but converted to a Harley last spring, and love it so far. You will not regret making the decision that you did, and will find the guys here are nothing like what you heard on the "other forums" ( well maybe except for a couple ) Later, Ride Safe and enjoy that New bike.

Located in the Palm Beach Gardens/Jupiter area

I didn't know about a Fl section, but I'll look harder and find it-

Welcome! I had a Candy Red 1300 and then bought a Candy Red 1800. Bought a Road King Classic in 07, now ride a Limited which I can't enough of.
