Wow I would of thought that would take away from the length but go figure. I'm waiting for mine to come in. What bars are you running? I ordered the yaffe bagger bars in chrome. Should be here this week
still havent gotten a chance to do my bars so i'm just wanting to see if some of the guys that have done it have a few pics on this. How much longer would the cable have to be? where would be the best place to get that cable in the stock looking rubber like oem? how much?
Just did my bars tonight didn't change a thing and still ran the clutch thru the fairing. It's tight don't get me wrong but it's there and it isn't binding up at all. Love the way the 10" classic yaffes look and feel cant wait to take it out tomorrow to try it out.

Absolutely as soon as I get around to snapping a few ill post them up went for a short ride over the weekend feels so much better and maneuverability feels so much easier with the extra leverage.
How come I just rerouted and it was good actually a little wiggle room the bottom
I think one reason is that you did classics instead of MBB's. There may be a difference there.
Second, I think it has a little to do with pullback. If someone pulls them back further the cable will need to be longer when running through fairing.
Third, it may be a matter of full turn. I've read more than one guy say cable was fine unless trying to full lock in parking lot.
