Default CFRs Rusting @ three months

Title says it all they arent even three months old I was shocked to see rust already...........right side at the head pipe and on the brackets(weld) for the bag supports.they looked great when I put them on but now Im starting to regret my
purchase, Ive looked at their competition and dont see rust.

I get the impression they are not triple chrome plated as they should be at that price point

was really close to pulling the trigger on a set.

I think I'll wait one more season. Allot of the folks that picked them up last year should be reporting in this season on how they hold up.

They are relatively new to the market no?

A good buddy of mine is on his third year with them and they look new. Of course, he is maniacal about keeping his bike clean. But that thing has been out in rain on more than one occassion. He has no rust problems. Don't know how long they've been around.
