Who's got a pic of them on your bike? I think I'm ordering a pair for my 103 Limited Ultra, but debating on the all-black, or the black with chrome accents. (I don't care for the all-chrome.) My bike is black. Which one looks better, in your opinion? All Black, or Black with chrome accents? I'm kinda liking all-black, but would like to see pics.
IMO they are pretty expensive for what you get. CVO style bags are easily available on E Bay as well as other extended bags for 325 -500 and you end up with more storage space (bigger bags) and no seam on the bottom, all of the bag extensions Ive seen are easy to spot by the seam at the bottom and they rarely fit tight all the way around.
I boughta set for 400.00 already painted ,not bad also they are aluminum not fiberglass, another cool thing is the lines on the bottom on the sides are machined in and line up perfectly with the lights at the bottom of the back fender on the SG which is cool, also you dont really get more storage with extended bags unless you consider digging in a slot 3 inches wide for stuff ,more storage?be a nice place for a tire iron I guess? (bag supports effectively split the bags down the middle).I guess its just a matter of money I aint got 2500 bucks to spend on fancy custom bags and fenders ,Us poboys do wut we can............
