Yes and yes. Oil bud and FBI chin spoiler does fit. I trimmed alittle off the left/lower side of spoiler for oil line clearance. Oil bud works without air flow and is totally hidden!...........good luck.
Oil must be at least 212 degrees to burn off condensates. Keeping the temp below that does more harm than good. I f your temp maxes out at 220-230 after a long hot ride, there is no need for a cooler on your 07. I have an 07 Electra Glide, and even during the hottest summer weather here in Florida, my highest temp was 230.
talk with that sewing guy on this website..what is his name again...fabricator...yea, thats it..goes by Jason...he has a better idea...and has done the research to back it up on keeping your engine/ oil cool

It gets a tad bit warmer here in DFW than what you're seeing. I regularly see oil temps north of 240 during the summer because of the traffic. The Oil Bud has a thermostat setup that wont open if the oil is cold.
9 out of 10 air cooled bikes on the road DON'T have an oil cooler, if it was that big of a problem then don't you think more would have them? Use a good synthetic oil and don't worry about it. JMO
