I've been thinking about the quick detach idea. There are a lot of hot days here where having some more air flow would be welcome.

But one thing stumps me: If the new batwing is like what we're seeing posted now, then where are the gauges when the batwing is off the bike?

Damn, that's a good point. Only thing I can think of is RK style speedo with extra gauges on the fairing, but I doubt that would happen.

I know that we all will know the answers to everything tomorrow. But if the pictures are correct and strictly going by the photo.

I think this is the Street Glide special.

Why, look at the photo, NO CHROME hand grips, no chrome anywhere, stock looking. If it were the CVO Ultra Limited, it would have chrome hand grips. With the revamp of the Road Glide fairing for 2015, they need something for the 2014 Model Year.

Makes sense to me, but the Motor Co is making the Street Glide "special" for the 2014 Model Year and come the 2015, all batwings and the new Road Glide will have the new touch screen radio ready to go!

Soon enough we know everything,

YB
