This may not be nothing new but I learned yesterday from the local dealer that there will be a lot of changes in the 2014 line up a couple are no more road glide they are discontinuing it as well as the roadking standard, the rest of the touring lineup is getting a complete makeover.
My source said he had no details on the new design just the email from Harley saying it was going to happen.
ehale, this may be the year of the water cooled touring models. i just bought what is to become obsolete, a '13 roadglide ultra, but i'm fine with that. it sure serves my purposes well. by the way, that's a great looking '03 electraglide ultraclassic you got there, anniversary paint scheme and all. lookin' sharp man. as far as the '14's, i think i'll wait till late august. by then we'll all know what they're doing.
blah blah blah blah........get ready for all the jack wagons who think they dont know it all but want to throw in their .02......and yer statement is 100% correct!! big changes coming to a moco stuck in the dark ages.....
I spoke with my local dealer and he said that the "regular" roadking will be continued
but that the roadking classic was going to be dropped...so, who knows what the truth really is...

True and there isn't going to be a Electra Glide Classic either.
Just an "Ultra" and a "Limited" and "Trike" in the Electra Glide styles.
I guess I can see why the classic would be dropped. More folks buy the street glide, and ultra. My thoughts were get the classic, more bang for the buck, drop a few parts and wha-la....street glide.
