I recently purchased a 2009 HD Street Glide, I upgraded from a Nightster. The SG has 4800 miles, all stock. Now I know lots of people ask this. But if you could start over with your bike, What would you mod first, the engine, exhaust, intake, comfort?

I had to change the windscreen the one on my bike was too low for me.
I added an oil cooler with a fan. Synthetic oil at first oil change.
Oil tempruture was much cooler with synthetic and a special oil treatment.
I have a list of stuff I want to do just can't do them all at one time.

First thing, lose the cat. 'Course I had to get rid of the stock shield on my Road Glide first (bought a MadStad) or I woulda brought the goldamn thing back to the dealer and cried and peed myself until they gave me my money back. Other than that, lose the cat.

I had no choice as far as i was concerned... i rode it home with the stock pipes, parked it and told the wife, sorry baby, it's gonna cost a bit more. I just could not enjoy riding a harley i couldn't even hear goin down the road.
