Mp3
I made a MP3 disc using the directions that where posted on the forum. I have about 5 hours worth of music, but it only plays 15 tracks. I can play all of the tunes I download on my PC. any ideas what I might be doing wrong. Thanks.
One of the major causes of some of the tracks not playing is that they have art work ( album cover, etc) embedded in them. Check your track tags ( ID3) and remove any all artwork associated and I'll bet that you can play the files. This link might help you,

Uncle Larry in post 3 has the solution.
I, too, burned an mp3 CD on which a number of tracks were "ignored" by the Harmon-Kardon stereo.
I used a "batch mp3 tag editor" to strip out all the mp3 album art, re-burned the CD, and it then played properly.
