$430++ here in NY. They get $116 per hr for labor! I take mine in every 10k miles and do minor service myself at 5k. Tired of giving them my loot!!!

Just got quote today at dealer in Orange County so cal.
$340 non syn oils and $368 synthetic oils.

I live only a few miles from IBFREE, and the problem is the indies also charge the same rate, so whats the difference? I do most of my own service, but even getting a tire mounted is 50 bucks its just plain stupid! if I had a bigger garage I would buy a tire mounting machine and do it myself, it would be paid of in a couple of years. I need to do the 50k service and the only thing I want to bring it to the dealer to do is flush the brake lines because its abs, I can only imagine how much that is going to cost and if it will even be done right....

My local dealer has a service program available for $2400.00. Any scoot 10 yrs old or less (you have until your 10th anniversary purchase date) can buy into it and from the point of purchase will get routine maintenance, including Syn 3, for 10 years unlimited mileage. It's also transferable to a new scoot purchase.
