I getting ready to order the Drago Draguala system but haven't been able to make up my mind on Black or chrome yet. I wish I had a better picture of my 05 Midnight pearl RK to share. It is pretty much stock with a Corbin Dual tour studded seat. It also has the front and rear chrome accented bumpers. I know that I am not real fond of the studs on the seat or the bumpers or really any other doodads, makes it look too old fashioned and kind of pirate like I guess . I more of a plain paint and a little bit of chrome kind of guy. I know in the future I would like to get rid of the bumpers and replace the seat with a C&C and basically smooth out everything. Also planning on apes and maybe a color matched batwing faring. If I went with black pipes, I would strongly consider black apes as I think that would help offset the look and go with black pipes. On the other hand if I go back with chrome, I would probably not buy black apes. The black pipes could be wrapped with header tape for a different look also. I know it's all personal preference but I only have a few more days until I am ready to order.
I voted black. But Im in the same boat as MOSTWANTED. Trying to decide on black or chrome as well. Everybody in my area has chrome so I may just go black to be different.
Damn I gotta get a recent pic of mine. LOL!! I have the V&H big shot true duals in all black. Looks good with my vivid black bike. I'm planning on the blacked out look for the bike with little hints of chrome. I'll post a pic soon as it gets warmer out here and I can get her out of the garage. he he he
