I feel like it is, plus I still would have to buy the seals to go back together. This is a list I emailed to a local guy for pricing:
Wrinkle Black, to match factory H-D black:
Starter End Cover
Tranny Top Cover
Tranny Side Cover
Timing Cover
Rocker Boxes
Rocker Box Cover
Lifter Blocks
Primary
Horn Cover
Matte Black to offset the vivid paint:
Headlight Trim Ring
Chrome piece under headlight between two fork tubes
Taillight assembly(single bar, with integral brake lights)
Left and Right rear strut covers
front turn signals
I'd like to get my front end all blacked out but creeping up on riding season and I want to be ready to go not torn apart when the weather warms up! The bike is vivid black and I really don't want to turn it into a big black blob... I spent a couple grand on a new Snap-On tool box for work, so I had really planned on more but the money just wasn't there... But for that $390 isn't a horrible price?
Thanks folks
Alright good... I won't e incurring any labor fees because Ill be doing all the work myself, but will still have to buy all the fluids and gaskets again, guess Ill get to tearing it apart soon! Thanks
